Islamic Relief was founded in 1984 in the
United Kingdom and currently works in over 30 countries providing support to
those in need regardless of race, religion, ethnic, or political affiliations.
Because of its existence in Indonesia, Islamic Relief was able to respond in
Aceh just one day after the Tsunami struck in 2004. Since then, Islamic Relief
has constructed houses, schools, health clinics and numerous projects aimed at
supporting the recovery of over 100,000 Tsunami-affected people Aceh.
Islamic Relief seeks to hire committed and
experienced persons for the following positions:
( Base in Nangroe Aceh Darussalam )
Responsible to process all payment methods in accordance with Islamic Relief
accounting procedures and policies.
Main duties and responsibilities:
1. To ensure in strict sense that payment are being made after
receiving approval from appropriate authority
2. To ensure all
payment should attached with properly supporting document base on accounting
3. To prepare
denomination of physical cash over the cash book
4. To maintain
cheque issued register and ensure the signature of payee on it at the time of
5. To possess the
physical balance of cash.
6. Count bank at
end of shift, complete designated cashier reports.
7. Petty cash
drawing from bank.
